What to expect

A movement and range of motion analysis, postural assessment and a thorough examination of the history of your ailment will be done during your first visit. Typically a session will last one to one and a half hours and will involve a combination of modalities. An emphasis will be placed on stretching and strengthening suggestions to reach your desired outcome of muscular balance.

100% natural and/or organic products are used, including treatment oils and all cleaning products for the massage space and linens.
